What we build

Hopstec Innovation is a French software company building tools at the intersection of artificial intelligence and operational workflows. Hopstec Guardian is our flagship product for fraud and trust-and-safety teams: a workspace that turns raw signals — suspicious emails, anomalous transactions, identity-risk events — into structured investigations that an analyst can actually work.

Why we exist

Fraud, scams and account takeover are not solved by AI alone. They are solved by people who can move from signal to evidence to decision in minutes, with the case history, watchlists and response playbooks in one place. We built Guardian because the existing options were either too generic to be useful or too expensive to deploy outside the largest institutions.

Who we serve

• Fraud operations teams at fintechs, banks, marketplaces and PSPs.
• AML / compliance analysts reviewing transaction risk.
• Trust & safety teams handling account takeover and identity abuse.
• Managed security service providers (MSSPs) running investigations on behalf of SMB clients.

How we operate

We are based in Paris and incorporated as a Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) under French law. Customer data is processed inside the European Economic Area where possible, with Standard Contractual Clauses in place wherever sub-processors operate outside the EEA. We do not use customer investigation content to train AI models.
